Located 45 minutes north through Franconia Notch and right by the sign for the first ski school in America there exists the greatest pancake purveyor you will ever experience, largely because they have been at it for 80 years! From buckwheat to buttermilk, gingerbread to oatmeal Polly’s has you covered, with every member of their waitstaff hand-making your delicious pancakes on the spot just for you. Presentation is classic NH: simple & rustic. On weekends and holidays call-ahead reservations are a must: you don’t get a reputation like this without a few others noticing along the way.
